1. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as intimates, swimwear, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, your order may already be processed and shipped, in which case it will fall under our standard return policy.
